The Board of Directors made the hard decision that our annual meeting is going to have to go virtual this year because it’s hard to safely put everybody in the same room right now. But that doesn’t mean we’re not going to see you. Here is our plan … October 20th Drive-by Swag Grab, October 20-27 Electronic Voting Open, October 27th Virtual Zoom.

All Berkshire REALTORS will be asked to elect the 2022 Officers and Directors of the Board of Directors, and approve the 2022 budget via an electronic ballot submission.  Additionally, all MLS Participants (typically the broker-owners) will be asked to elect the 2022 MLS Officers and Directors, approve the 2022 MLS budget and a proposed bylaw change through the same process.
